0. Introduction
0.1. These Amended Terms of Use (“Agreements”) constitute a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Case Management Hub. By accessing and using our Solutions, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must not sign up for an account or use our Solutions.
0.2. Case Management Hub is owned by Airiodion Group LLC, headquartered in San Jose, California, and operates under the applicable laws of California.
0.3. By using our Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Use, referred to hereafter as “Terms.” If you do not agree, you should cancel any existing accounts and discontinue using our services.
0.4. Amendments: We may amend these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will notify users with active accounts by email. Continued use of our Solutions indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
0.5. Effective Date: Amendments take effect 30 days after publication or upon your next use of our services—whichever comes first.
1. Definitions

1.2. “We,” “our,” or “us” refers to Airiodion Group LLC and its affiliated services.
1.3. “Our Solutions” encompass all websites, guides, software, forms, and services owned and operated by Airiodion Group LLC.
1.4. “Account” means a user-specific registration that enables access to restricted areas of our platforms.
1.5. “You” or “your” refers to any individual or organization using our Solutions.
1.6. “Confidential Information” includes any sensitive data shared between you and us, with exceptions for publicly available or independently developed data.
1.7. “Personal Data” means any data that identifies or can identify a natural person, as defined by applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
2. Account Registration

4. Payments and Subscriptions

4.2. Refunds: Users who cancel their subscriptions will receive prorated refunds where applicable.

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
5.2. Users may also terminate their accounts by logging into their profile and selecting Cancel Subscription.
6. Limited License
6.1. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Solutions for professional purposes only.

11. Administrative Access Rights
By using Case Management Hub, you acknowledge and agree that Case Management Hub and its authorized personnel may access your account and data on a limited basis for the purposes of:
- Providing technical support and customer assistance
- Troubleshooting errors, bugs, or system issues
- Maintaining, improving, and securing the platform
- Delivering professional services that you have requested or contracted
Such access will be performed only as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable laws, this Agreement, and our Privacy Policy.
Case Management Hub will take commercially reasonable measures to ensure that any access to customer accounts is restricted, logged where appropriate, and conducted in a secure and confidential manner.
